AllBreed North's Policies

 

General Policies

~ We work by Appointment Only- Please be On Time-  If you will be late or early, please call us to let us know.
~ Please always call before you come over
~ Coupons must be presented to receive discount
~ We are not liable for any expenses, damages, injuries, illnesses, loss or inconvenience as a result of receiving services
~ Clients are responsible for any damages
~ Total Cost is due before receiving services and is non-refundable
~ All dogs must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, Bordatella, DHPP {Distemper/Parvovirus} are required) Updated Records are required.
~ Any Travel and/or Transportation is .25/mile, with a minimum of $5
~ Please try knocking on our door first (do not ring door bell unless you have been waiting for more than 5 minutes)
~ Please come prepared- Bring correct supplies (Ask if you have questions)
~ Dogs must be leashed unless otherwise specified
~ Please respect our property and belongings, as well as our time
~ Clients must fully disclose dog’s known issues, illnesses, and/or injuries
~ We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
~ All Costs are per household
~ We reserve the right to change any policies at any time

 

 

Professional Handling Policies


~ Handler reserves the right to have someone else (of their choice) handle your dog if there is a scheduling conflict. 
~ Handler reserves the right to choose accommodations and/or any expenses
~ We charge .25/Mile for travel to/from shows
~ Boarding for the show dog during the show will be $20/Night in addition to any handling fees or expenses.  (House mates will be charged full price- $35/Night)
~ Invoices must be paid within 2 weeks of invoice date or before your dog is handled by us again, whichever comes first.
~ If invoices are not paid on time, a $20/Week Late Fee will be added to your total

~ Fee Schedule is as follows:
Base Handling Fee- $35/Dog per Day

Handling in Group- $15
Plus….
Group Placements-   4th- $25
                             3rd- $50
                             2nd- $75
                              1st- $100
Plus….
Best In Show- $300

~ Regular Show Schedule is as follows:
            January- Land O’ Lakes in St. Paul, MN
            May- Key City in St. Peter, MN
            June- Lake Minnetonka in Jordan, MN and Summer Solstice in Cambridge, MN
            July- Duluth in Duluth, MN
            August- St. Croix in Lake Elmo, MN
            December- Granite City in St. Cloud, MN

 

 

Boarding Policies

~ Updated Vaccination Records are required- Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Para-influenza) are required vaccinations
~ Full estimated total is due up front, including transportation fee
~ Transportation Fee is .25/Mile (rounded up to the nearest mile, then rounded up to the nearest dollar) per household. Minimum $5 Fee
~ We work by Appointment Only- Please call if you are running early or late
~ Generally, dogs may be scheduled for drop off/pick up between the hours of 8am-8pm, 7 days/week
~ Multiple-Dog discounts are for dogs in the same household only
~ We reserve the right to refuse to board any dog for any reason
~ A $50 Deposit is due to make and hold a reservation during peak times-
Entire Months of:  March, June, July, August
Holidays:             New Year’s Day
                        Memorial Weekend
                        Week of 4th of July
                        Labor Day Weekend
                        Week of Thanksgiving
                        Week of Christmas Day and Christmas Eve
                        New Year’s Eve
~ All Deposits are non-refundable; however, if you cancel your reservation 2 weeks prior to the first day of your reservation, it may be applied toward a future stay
~ Owners Must disclose all issues, illnesses, or injuries and sign the agreement
~ We limit boarding to 10 dogs at a time
~ Owners are responsible for any damages done by their dogs while boarding
~ We reserve the right to buy more of your dog’s food, should we run out, at your expense
~ We reserve the right to take your dog to the veterinarian in an emergency, at your expense- If your dog's illness/injury is not-life threatening, we will call you to ask what you want us to do.
~ Dogs must have a collar with ID/Rabies tags while boarding with us

 

 

Other Service and/or Product Specific Policies

Classes
~ Registration and Full Payment is due before class to hold your place and is non-refundable
~ We reserve the right to re-schedule classes for any reason
~ Make-ups are only done if we cancel class, not if you miss it
~ Disruptive children are not allowed in class
~ Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult at all times
~ All dogs must be on a 4-6 ft. nylon or leather leash, unless told otherwise
~ Please come to class on time or no more than 10 minutes early
~ If your female comes into season, she cannot attend while spotting blood.  You should still come to class.
~ Hitting your dog will not be allowed or tolerated in class
~ Always ask someone to pet their dog
~ Be respectful of our property and belongings, as well as others in class
