We offer a variety of services including obedience classes, private sessions, professional handling and, coming soon, doggy daycare!
Puppy Kindergarten- For dogs ages 2-5 months. This is the beginning foundation for obedience and anything else you wish to do with your dog. We cover sit, down, come, and so much more! Come to class with your puppy and a soft collar, a leash, treats, toys and your questions, and be ready to learn! If time allows, after class we like to let the puppies have free play time together. It's a blast! Length of class is one hour for 6 weeks. Cost is $75. Go to our Class Calendar to find out when the next session begins!
Beginner- For dogs age 5 months and older. This class is for any skill level. Dogs will learn basic obedience, manners, and prepare for AKC's Canine Good Citizen Program and evaluation. Since dogs can come from all walks of life, we do not have free play for safety reasons. Leave your dog at home the first week for orientation. Class is one hour for 8 weeks. Cost is $90. Evaluation is optional and not included.
NEW! AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluation- Jake is a certified trainer and evaluator for the Canine Good Citizen Program from the AKC. After taking Beginner class from us, you may choose to have your dog judged and certified by Jake as a Canine Good Citizen. Cost for Evaluation is $10.
Private Lessons- For dogs of all ages and abilities. We can teach puppy kindergarten, beginner obedience, conformation or anything you have in mind. We will work with you and your dog privately for personal attention and fast track learning. Length depends on materials covered and individual needs. Cost is $45/ Hour per session.
Professional Handling- For those who don't have time/energy to show their own dog or just plain want an expert! Jake has been showing nationally since he was a kid; he knows the ins and outs of AKC Conformation. We will handle your dog in a caring and professional manner; any breed, any age. Cost is $25/ Day plus $.15/mile and cost of any expenses/accommodations.
Coming Soon! Doggy Daycare- Your dog deserves personal attention and loving care while you're away at work, school, or just running errands. Let us give him a fun place to romp around and stretch out. Bring a kennel, treats, toys, leash, anything else he may need and vet information. Hours are M-F, 8-6 (may be flexible) Appointments are necessary as space is limited and we want to give the best care to each dog. Cost is $15 for a half-day (under 5 hours) and $28 for a full-day (5+ hours). Discounts may be given for multiple dog households.
