In order to provide great care & training to the dogs, as well as good customer service, we use email for most communications. This allows for BOTH of us to get the message ASAP, keep good records to avoid mix-ups, and respond as soon as one of us is able.

We created ODTA as a means to continue training dogs during the pandemic... once we realized the benefits (and the more dogs we could help), we made it - along with our dog podcast - official in 2021.
